When was the last time you felt completely free? When was the last time you dedicated yourself to the things that bring you true joy? This special retreat was designed for you to come play, heal, and create deeper connections to yourself and nature in the hidden paradise of Mazunte, Mexico.

These seven days are carefully curated to allow you to take charge of your personal growth while being held in the supportive healing container. In addition to daily meditation, yoga, and breathwork practices and wisdom talks, you will be given ample opportunities to explore the town and go on adventures. The adventures include hiking, swimming, sea turtle and whale watching, rest by the ocean, massages, local culture.

The brother and sister team of Sah D’Simone and Moun D’Simone created this one of a kind retreat out of love to help you reconnect with your bliss and your heart’s desire. You will return home, rejuvenated and ready to live a more joyful, fulfilling, and creative life.

Exchange: $1200 shared room | $1700 private room

Opening night ceremony: 830p
Daily meditation class: 7am-7:30a
Daily yoga class: 7:30-8:30a

Free afternoons for adventure + self care time.

•During this time, 3 days we’ll be doing group adventure, including hiking, sea turtle watching, swimming.

S I G N  U P  O N L I N E

Sah D'Simone is a mental health advocate, transformational wellness coach and meditation teacher. Drawing from his diverse background in integrative nutrition, Ashtanga yoga, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, and contemplative psychotherapy, Sah has developed a cohesive philosophy for achieving optimal health and well being. He is passionate about researching and integrating ancient wisdom with modern science, and utilizes this knowledge in his workshops and one on one sessions with individuals to help them reach their maximum alignment and potential. In addition, Sah has worked with a number of corporate clients, including American Express, Museum of Modern Art, the United Nations, SweetGreen, Ford Models, Bloomingdales and Havas.

Moun D’Simone
 is a meditation, breathwork, yoga teacher, and manifestation coach. She spent two years studying yoga and Tibetan Buddhism in India, Thailand, and Indonesia, where she became certified in hatha and Ashtanga Yoga from Shiva Yoga Peeth and Kalpana Radhika Yoga. She has studied traditional tantra and Kundalini Yoga as well. A certified Breath-Body-Mind teacher, NLP practitioner, and MBSR trainee, she is currently studying contemplative psychotherapy at Nalanda Institute. Moun is also is the co-founder of Wild Woman, an all- women’s empowerment workshop. She is dedicated to helping others uncover their fullest potential, to live a life of balance and self-love. Some of her clients include NeueHouse, Maha Rose, RAMA Institute, and Journey Meditation.
