The touchpoint town hall is a place where a hundred perfect strangers get together and share stories from their love and sex lives.
In honor of Pride, we're hosting a free town hall about what it means to be queer in the modern world. From sexuality and gender expression to partnership and protests, we’ll hear real stories from real people in a celebration of diversity and consciousness.
Everyone can be anonymous and anyone can share.
WHAT TO EXPECT
We'll open with a love song. Nothing brings people together like the power of song. Enjoy an intimate, acoustic musical performance from one of New York City’s finest up and coming artists.
We'll listen to real stories. Through the stories of others, we find ourselves. Witness people sharing what they've experienced in bed and in love through the power of storytelling and spoken word.
We'll have a town hall discussion. Intercourse is another word for conversation. Our town hall serves as a provocative group conversation led by Touchpoint creator, Jared Matthew Weiss.
"It’s simply real people sharing real experiences, exchanging book and podcast recommendations, and, ultimately, creating a safe space to unpack all the equally awkward and awesome moments of modern sex."
"Touchpoint promotes a type of openness that people may not even have established with their closest friends."
"Everything is on the table from "Is it okay to sleep with a coworker?" to "How do I introduce BDSM into my marriage?"
"Virgins, singles, people in open relationships, married couples--everyone should go."
