Open yourself up to radical authenticity, my love!

Resist the urge to get caught up in your thoughts. Stay present in your body.

If your mind wanders to stories or memories or your to-do list — don’t judge yourself!

Just gently bring your attention back to the movement, to the breath, back into your body. Over and over again.

This practice is a gift to your whole being!

When you’re done, take a moment to thank yourself for taking this time to invest in your mental, physical, and spiritual wellbeing.

Then, send a silent blessing out to the world to share the merit (the goodwill) of your practice with all beings, too.
